Episode 3: The boldness to disobey

Temporada 1

Disobedience, unlearning and transgression are the principles that Albertina Carri and Camila José Donoso defend in this conversation.

These filmmakers have been determined to break the limits of film genres and vindicate cinema as a free and collective experience. Donoso and Carri speak, with complicity, of the immediacy of presenting socially rejected desires and moving away from the traditional hierarchies between director and character.

Even though they have not met in person, they open up and reflect deeply on the questions that feminist struggles have awakened in them and how these have influenced the processes of their own films.
